Registered and established on October 20, 2011 in Jiuquan of Gansu Province CECEP Solar Energy (Jiuquan) Generation Co., Ltd. is the wholly-owned subsidiary of CECEP Solar Energy Technology Co., Ltd. with registered capital of RMB 39,000,000 Yuan.
On March 2, 2011, CECEP Solar Energy Technology Co., Ltd. concluded the Yumen Cooperation Agreement on 85 Megawatts PV Project with Complementation of Wind and Light Resources in Beijingn Diaoyutai State Guesthouse with provincial Party Committee and provincial government of Gansu Province.
In September, 2011, the largest PV grid-connected generation project with Complementation of Wind and Light Resources ----CECEP Yumen Changma 9 megawatts generation demonstration project with complementation of wind and light resources that approved by Development and Reform Commission of Gansu Province started construction. This project is the solar energy PV generation demonstration project with total investment of 173,000,000 Yuan that constructed in Yumen Changma wind and electricity field with 200,000 kilowatts franchise of CECEP Gansu Wind Power Generation Company. This project is the dynamic integration that complements wind power generation’s advantage and solar energy PV generation’s advantage. This project can not only effectively utilize room, but also improve the rate of multipurpose utilization of renewable energy sources and has facilitation effect on and important demonstration significance to solar energy PV generation industry.
