On October 25, 2013, the Environmental Protection Department of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region and the Shizuishan Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau organized an expert panel to carry out the completion acceptance of environmental protection on the Phase II 20 MW Photovoltaic Power Generation Project of Shizuishan Company.
After hearing the report of construction and operating situations of the project by the Shizuishan Company’s head, the expert panel inspected the construction of environmental protection facilities and the afforestation in the plant on the site, and reviewed and verified the related documents. Through the conscientious discussion and deliberation, the expert panel unanimously believed the project construction scale was in conformity with the approval, the documents to be reviewed were complete, the regulations on environmental protection had been established, the risk prevention and emergency plans had been prepared to deal with the environmental accidents and the “three considerations” of environmental protection were really achieved. Finally, the expert panel thought this project could meet the requirements on completion acceptance of environmental protection, and agreed the Shizuishan Company’s Phase II 20 MW Photovoltaic Power Generation Project passed the completion acceptance of environmental projection.
