To deepen employees' understanding of photovoltaic industry, recently, CECEP Solar conducted tests on domain knowledge for new employees, the test was closed-book, the contents covering the industry information of solar energy, and the knowledge about the group, CECEP Solar and its relevant management. Altogether 18 employees took this test, and all of them passed the test, and two got the highest score 98, and the lowest score is 81.
Through this test, the employees put the domain knowledge into practice, they exchanged views, and discussed some technical problems in real work, the overall professionalism and comprehensive capability have improved greatly. In future work, the company will launch expertise training and test work to cultivate more highly qualified personnel for the rapid development.
