On the afternoon of 18th, August, 2010, CECEP Solar Energy Technology Co., Ltd. held half-yearly work session of 2010 in the multifunctional hall of Tianfang Hotel on the third floor. To further carry out the spirit of the half-yearlywork session at Zhuhai, this session concluded on the first half year's operation, analyzed the problems the company was confronting in its development, interpreted corporate strategic development and arranged the second half year's work. The deputy general manager of CECEP Group Chen Shuguang, general manager assistant An Yi, corporate management, finance department and strategic management leaders all attended the work session.

He pointed out that this is the first fiscal year after the founding of CECEP Solar Energy Technology Co., Ltd. The staff are working together to realize production goals, overcome pressures, support each other to realize their values. Though we have made some progress, but we are also confronting arduous challenges. To seize the opportunities of global development in the solar energy industry, to promote the image and influence of Chinese solar energy industry, to maintain the leading role of Chinese solar energy enterprises, our company has adjusted previous strategies, put forward the ambition of making CECEP Solar Energy Technology Co., Ltd. an excellent solar energy enterprise integrating device manufacturing, researching technologies, project development, investment, building and operation. CECEP Solar aims to rank as the top three in photovoltaic power generation, top five in inverted current and system integration, and top eight in cell and module business. At the end of the work report, the general manager encouraged us to hold together to overcome difficulties, seek innovation and strive excellence, and expand he overseas market, shape industry chain, develop key projects, and manage the finance so as to realize the corporate goal of improving efficiency and make great contribution to the corporate development.

The vice president Chen Shuguang acknowledged the opening of the half-yearly work session and expressed his thanks to the hard working staff. Chen Shuguang pointed out that the adjusting of strategic plan of CECEP Solar was correct. In the second half year, CECEP Solar would carry out the spirit delivered on the half-yearly work session to finish work task and various business goals. In the first half year, the company has almost finished half of the year's workload, but it was difficult to reach the index of EVA. Thus in the second year, we have to find out the potential problems, encourage staff to provide their sound advices, discuss ways to solve the problem; at the same time, we should center around profit, adjust corporate asset structure and try our best to add value to the company. Although we haven't used EVA index to measure CECEP Solar, we have to use this mindset to develop ourselves, to discipline ourselves, on one hand we can improve corporate image while we are becoming more capable, on the second hand we are preparing for future measurement and the group's EVA index. Secondly the future project expansion should have plans, take making profit as the goal. In our future work, the main business of CECEP Solar remains desert power generation station construction, set up photovoltaic integration project, and seek relevant state allowance. We will better the industry layout on the basis of capturing resources and controlling the pace. At the same time, we will move to the upper stream of photovoltaic industry, perfect corporate chain, innovate business models and improve corporate profitability. We will also stick to the strategy of "going global", based on Europe Luxembourg corporation, expand our overseas business, broaden our vision in both domestic and overseas markets and make values. Third we need to store up human resources, improve the employees' abilities, and enhance their qualifications.
