Deputy General Manager Chen Shuguang Investigated on the PV project in Jiangsu Province
From 12th to 14th of November, Deputy General Manager of CECEP Group Chen Shuguang, Director of Infrastructure Management Department, accompanied by the general manager of CECEP Solar Cao Huabin, deputy general manager Song Ai'zhen went on an inspection tour to Zhenjiang and Sheyang subcompanies. On 12th morning, at first Deputy General Manager of CECEP Group Chen Shuguang visited 100 Solar cell and component project, then he joined general manager Jiang Likai's work report on corporate establishment and the progress of projects.
At the end of the work report, Deputy General Manager of CECEP Group Chen Shuguang acknowledged the rapid progress of Zhenjiang Project, and expressed his good wishes on Solar Industry Base in Zhenjiang. He also put forward his expectations on corporate project construction, corporate culture, team building, and personnel training. Hopefully the management team of Solar Industry Base in Zhenjiang will stick to energy conservation and environmental protection, pursue innovation, improve core technologies, cost control ability and managerial expertise so as to realize sustainable development. We will make great efforts to become excellent enterprise in this industry, push and lead the development of CECEP Group, to realize this goal, we need to let the party members play the exemplary role, enhance staff's sense of responsibility, realize lean management, improve competitiveness and capacity. Deputy General Manager of CECEP Group Chen Shuguang's comments point out the direction for the company, which greatly enhanced staff's morale.
On 12th afternoon, Deputy General Manager of CECEP Group Chen Shuguang and his companions went to the site of 20 megawatt ground tidal photovoltaic (pv) grid power project at Sheyang city of Jiangsu Province, they inspected on progress, quality and security. They listened to the general manager of CECEP Solar Hu Zhihai's work report on project progress, and gave constructive suggestions on how to speed up construction progress and how to finish grid power generation at the end of this year.
Deputy General Manager of CECEP Group Chen Shuguang pointed out that the 20 megawatt ground tidal photovoltaic (pv) grid power project at Sheyang County of Jiangsu Province was the first and the biggest tidal power station, this project is a pioneering project in solar power industry, thus we will ensure finishing the project on schedule with high quality. As it is affiliated to CECEP Group, energy conservation and pollutant reduction is important, economy and efficacy is also important; thus we have to finish the project by the end of this year and generate power. It's arduous task and urgent to ensure the power price of 1.7 RMB per kilowatt hour. We will dispatch reinforcement, head up the project, build up emergency response plan, finish part of the grid power project on 18th, December, and finish all the grid power project on 28th, December.
Deputy General Manager of CECEP Group Chen Shuguang and his companions visited the project construction site, and greeted the construction workers.
During this tour, Deputy General Manager of CECEP Group Chen Shuguang and his companions also exchanged views with the Party Committee members and the authorities of Sheyang County. Manager Chen Shuguang hoped that the local government will provide support to Sheyang Project in providing land use issues, grid power procedure as CECEP Group was speeding up project construction. CECEP Group is affiliated to the central government, Chen Shuguang suggested the leaders of Sheyang Project will communicate with the local party committee and compete for the biggest support from local government to help push forward the second Sheyang Project. Chen Shuguang also expressed his expectation that the local government strive for a power price of 1.7 RMB per kilowatt hour from the Jiangsu Province Development and Reform Commission so as to achieve a win-win situation for both the development of Sheyang County and CECEP Group.
