On April 15, 2014, the final on-site test of the first power plant for TÜV certification in eastern China was carried out in CECEP (Dongtai) Solar Power Generation Co., Ltd. People who participated in the test included: Ms. Luo Xinlian, manager of North Region PV Division of TÜV SÜD Greater China, Li Jingnan, director of Procumbent & Sales Center of CECEP Solar Energy Technology Co., Ltd, Dr. Ming Jie from Technology R&D Center, and Wang Dong, Assistant to General Manager of Dongtai Company. It is China’s third PV power plant project certified by TÜV SÜD as well as the first project that passed TÜV professional certification among the projects invested by central enterprises in PV power generation.
TÜV SÜD Group, a world leading professional third-party testing and certification organization, carried out a series of examinations and tests and concluded that: engineering, construction process, document completeness, key equipment test and systematic examination results of CECEP (Dongtai) Solar Power Generation’s Phase IV project under the 9MW Grid-Connected PV Power Generation Project met international standards so that it was certified by TÜV SÜD. The certification verified the safety, engineering quality, earning basis and system efficiency of newly-established PV power generation project, reducing the post-phase maintenance cost of the operators. In the future, TÜV SÜD will continue to perform annual test and appraisal for Dongtai Power Plant to ensure that its operation and maintenance can continuously meet the international standards. Both sides will make full use of their own technical and brand advantages to maintain and deepen the cooperation and develop CECEP Solar Energy Technology Co., Ltd into a world-class power plant operator.
